Recently, as of around March 2017, Chrome has started disabling the use of the Flash plugin even though Flash is installed by default and Chrome does support it. Restart chrome and try again and you should be good to go! If you have an older version of Chrome, you may need to click the option “Allow sites to run Flash” and click “Done”. Click the Flash settings from the list of Content Settings.
